West Ward Sale

Lafayette College’s Office of Sustainability and Landis Center for Community Engagement are hosting the West Ward Sale on Saturday on June 13th, at Paxinosa Elementary School. The sale runs from 11 am-4 pm. We are looking for volunteers to work between 8am-6pm to include support for setup and takedown of the event. Our hope is that you can volunteer for any of the following time slots: (setup 7-10, early sale 10-1, late sale 12:30-4, takedown 4-7). Items were collected from students as they moved out and include things like new and gently used clothes, furniture, kitchenware, rugs, office supplies, mirrors and more. Help gives these items a second life and keep them out of the landfill! Items will be sold on a pay-what-you-can model, meaning you get to set the price that works for your budget upon checkout.
