Come join members of the Lafayette community in the practice of mindfulness of breathing meditation as taught in the Buddhist tradition. Learn to let go of clinging and attachment and discover true peace of mind. Brief instructions and Buddhist teachings will be given at the start of each session. Please bring a firm cushion, blanket, or even a folded towel on which to sit. If you are unable to sit on the floor, straight-backed chairs are available to use. Students, faculty, staff, and alumni are all invited to participate.
