 te actions to foster growth  \nmindset cultures across our campus.\n\n \n
 \nAs part of this session we’ll discuss: 1) What examples of “cultures of 
  \ngrowth” do you see in your life at Lafayette? Where do you see “culture
 s  \nof genius”? 2) How do Dr. Murphy's insights apply to your classes\,  
 \norganizations\, departments\, or programs? 3) What actionable steps can 
 you  \nand/or your group take to enhance a culture of growth at Lafayette?
