DESCRIPTION:*Chalkfest* is a community-based event hosted by McKelvy Schola
 rs each \nsemester on the sidewalks of the McKelvy House (200 High St.\, C
 ollege Hill). \nAll area children are invited to stop by the House for cha
 lk drawing \nenjoyment. Each child is given a free box of chalk (courtesy 
 of Crayola)\, \nassigned a numbered square on our sidewalk\, and given fre
 e reign to draw till \ntheir hearts are content. The Arts Society joins to
  share their chalk work \nalongside the kids. The event also has local art
 ists ChalkBorg [1] and Steve \nSchmid on hand. The event ends with McKelvy
  Scholars handing out prizes \nduring an award ceremony.\n\nThe event is f
