Faculty are paired in small groups of 3 or 4 across disciplines to observe one another's classrooms. The program offers a unique opportunity to see how peers teach, reflect on your own practice, and cultivate community—all in a supportive, non-evaluative space. It’s an easy, high-impact, low-lift way for faculty at any career stage to gain new perspectives and invigorate their teaching.
