Join the Office of Student Life Programs to begin their Wellness Series, called 'Eat & Educate.' On April 3rd, members of the Faculty & Staff will lead discussions on living healthier lives for anyone. Students, Faculty, and Staff are encouraged to attend! A healthy dinner will follow the event. Roundtables include the following: Better Nutrition w/Elaine Reynolds; Getting Ready for a Healthy Change w/Karen Forbes; Making Time to Exercise w/Karen Howell; and Healthy Ways to De-Stress w/Liz Alogna.
