DESCRIPTION:Join us for some quiet time during finals week. All are welcome
 ! All \nmeditation supplies are provided. If you have a favorite cushion\,
  please \nbring it. Beginners will be given meditation instructions. Every
 one is \nencouraged to join for the entire meditation period\, but if you 
 can only join \nfor half\, there is a 10-minute walking meditation/bathroo
 m break at the 40 \nminute mark\, and you can leave or join at that time.
 \n\nWe meet in-person in the Hogg Hall Interfaith Chapel.\n\nMeditation is
  led by Keith Wilson. Keith (Kangyo) is a Zen Buddhist priest \nwho trains
  with Kurt Spellmeyer\, Kankan Roshi\, director and teacher of Cold \nMoun
 tain Zen based in New Brunswick\, New Jersey. Keith has practiced Zen \nme
 ditation since 2004\, ordaining in 2010 as an Unsui (Cloud-Water) monk in 
 \nthe Rinzai tradition of Zen Buddhism. Keith is authorized by Kankan Rosh
 i to \nlead sitting groups in the Lehigh Valley as part of the Cold Mounta
 in Zen \norganization. Keith resides in Easton\, Pennsylvania and supports
  himself by \nworking as a Chemical Engineer in the Environmental and Heal
