DESCRIPTION:The Student Government Budget Committee will be hosting a MANDA
 TORY budget \ninformation session for all clubs recognized under Student G
 overnment. Our \nfinancial guidelines states that in order for clubs to re
 ceive funding under \nStudent Government\, they must attend this event.\n
 \nPlease bring 1-2 club officers. It is recommended that you bring your cl
 ub \ntreasurer who will be submitting the Period A budget\, especially if 
 newly \nelected. You must not represent more than 2 clubs at this event. A
 ttendance \nwill be taken at these events in order to account for who is e
 ligible to \nreceive funding. The information session will present everyth
 ing you need to \nknow to be prepared for the next budget period.\n\nThere
  will be three events in ourcampus for registration\, your club is only \n
 required to go to one. There is no exceptions for clubs who do not attend
