The Indigenous Studies program is thrilled to host Canadian scholar, Darryl Leroux, who will be speaking on his recent research on the role of family histories among white Canadians claiming Indigenous identity. Leroux is the author of Distorted Descent (2019), described as one of the most influential ten books of the decade in Canadian studies. He will be joining us from Canada via Zoom.
