Update: Location changed to Ramer 105!

Stop by Study Abroad's info session on April 7 at 4 pm in Ramer 105 to learn more about our new winter 2027 program, The Tuscany Studio! The course will bring you to Volterra, Italy for three weeks. You'll explore the Tuscan hill town as a living archive of Etruscan, Roman, medieval, and contemporary history. Experience a slower communal lifestyle, work with your hands in an alabaster studio, and go on excursions to San Gimignano, Florence, museums, Roman sites, and more.

The Tuscany Studio is primarily a writing course. Students will create a portfolio through writing exercises around town, structured studio sessions, group workshops, and individual instruction. Students will also learn about the local history and culture, analyze humanistic texts, and reflect on the experience of place.

Meets H, GM1, GM2, W, HAH, and GP CCS requirements (pending approval)
