 a Fulbright Fellow living \nin India\, Alec gained first‑hand insight into
  what makes development \nefforts sustainable. Since then\, he has led mul
 tidisciplinary teams on \nclimate and water projects across South Asia\, S
 ub‑Saharan Africa\, the \nMiddle East\, and Latin America. Throughout his 
 career\, Alec has held a \nvariety of roles\, but his work consistently ce
 nters on assessing how a \nchanging climate affects infrastructure\, socia
 l\, and environmental systems. \nHis clients have included the World Bank\
 , International Finance Corporation \n(IFC)\, Millenium Challenge Corporat
 ion (MCC)\, US Agency for International \nDevelopment (USAID)\, the Green 
 Climate Fund (GCF)\, US Environmental \nProtection Agency (EPA)\, the Penn
