Join students from the Being Human in STEM (INDS 253) course for a special reception and poster premiere celebrating the remarkable journeys of Lafayette’s STEM alumni.
As part of Lafayette College’s Bicentennial celebration, students in Being Human in STEM have developed a compelling poster series that highlights the professional and personal paths of distinguished graduates. Through in-depth interviews and research, students have captured these unique narratives, situating individual achievements within broader social and structural contexts to showcase inclusive excellence.
During the reception, student researchers will be on hand to discuss the alumni they profiled and share perspectives on what they learned about navigating the STEM fields. Come celebrate the legacy of our alumni and find inspiration in our shared commitment to fostering a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive future for the next generation of STEM leaders.
Refreshments will be served. All are welcome.
