Join us for an introduction to chadō, the Japanese way of tea. In this demonstration, Professor Chu Chuwill invite two volunteers to act as guests in a traditional Japanese tea ceremony, and walk participants through etiquettes of serving and receiving tea. You will learn about foundamental tools used in a tea ceremony, how to properly use and appreciate tools such as chawan, the tea bowl, as well as core principals in chado. 

After the official demonstration, paricipants are welcomed to ask questions for discussion while tryings some freshly prepared matcha :)
