Join LRAJE and RSL for dinner and a movie screening!. There will be a discussion about gender, language, violence, and what it means to make a choice about the future you want to live in. Women Talking is a 2022 film written and directed by Sarah Polly which follows the reveal of the years of sexual violence that the women of this religious colony have been experiencing and the choices and reactions that the women have to it.
This is a heavy film with imagery and discussions of domestic and sexual violence and we will be pausing at certain points to have discussions.
