Human Centered Writing Assignment Design: A Revising Workshop

The College Writing Program invites Lafayette faculty to think together about revising their assignments to be in-line with writing studies best practices that can help to dissuade students from using AI to complete their assignments. For example, folks teaching reading and writing (and thinking!) for research might want to revise their typical literature review assignment or research paper assignment so that students aren't so tempted to use AI. This will be an opportunity for folks to think with other faculty about what skills they're really trying to teach/practice and how to redesign their assignments.
