Lafayette College, in partnership with the surrounding municipalities, is initiating a conceptual and feasibility study for the Easton–Palmer–Forks Regional Multimodal Trail. This study will look at potential trail connections to improve accessibility and close current trail gaps, with the aim of creating a safe, continuous route between Lafayette’s main campus and the Metzgar Campus.
In addition to enhancing connectivity between College Hill and Metzgar Campus, the project aims to strengthen connections to surrounding neighborhoods, regional trail networks, and important community destinations such as grocery stores, retail areas, and other local resources.
We invite faculty, staff, students, and community members to share their perspectives as this work gets underway. Please join us for a community meeting on Wednesday, January 28th at 5:30 p.m. in the Marlo Room, Farinon.
We appreciate your input and look forward to working together toward a more connected community.
