Alex Merriman '16, BA Studio Art will share his journey as an artist and wealth advisor who is also heavily invested in philanthropy.
He will discuss how he has balanced being a true artist who has artwork across regional galleries while being a full time Wealth Advisor. He will also share his founding of Colors for Cancer Foundation where his paintings are sold to raise money for this worthwhile cause.
Alex is an excellent example of how to never lose the “Artist” you are while having a career that offers financial stability and all that comes with it.
