Working within a collaborative ethnographic project, Rogers Orock and Peter Geschiere explore convoluted narratives as a specific African articulation of conspiracism as a new and dominant form of global political imagination from their new book Conspiracy Narratives from Postcolonial Africa: Freemasonry, Homosexuality, and Illicit Enrichment (2024). Join the Africana Studies Program for a discussion between the authors, moderated by Professor Robert Blunt, followed by a Q&A session with the audience.
