Join us for yoga, mindfulness, and relaxation every Tuesday from 6-7 pm in Hogg Hall's Interfaith Chapel! Take time for yourself and your own mental health, away from the stressors of daily life. Mats and equipment provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. All are welcome, no experience needed :)
