What is information literacy? In what ways can you build it into your classes? This lunch program will feature Nancy Ingabire Abayo and Xu Ma, the 2025 recipients of inforamtion literacy grants ($1,500). They will discuss how they (re)designed their courses to incorporate various forms of knowledge, ask students to investigate the politics of knowledge production, and provide opportunities for students to communicate information using different media. Elise Trocker, class of 2026, will share her projects from one of the grant-funded classes.
