Come learn mindfulness of breathing meditation as taught in the Buddhist tradition. Learn to let go of clinging and attachment and discover true peace of mind.
Detailed instructions will be given at the the start of the first session focusing on sitting postures and the meditation method. You need not attend all four sessions. Brief instructions will be given at the start of each session. If you have one, bring a firm cushion, blanket, or even a folded towel on which to sit.
Students, faculty and staff are all invited to participate.
