An overall total body workout that uses various equipment to perform small, isometric movements, which burn fat, sculpt muscles and create long, lean physiques. Come experience the “Barre burn” to strengthen your core and tone your glutes and legs!
All registered participants should arrive at least 5 minutes before class time. Your spot may be released to someone on the waitlist if not present within 5 minutes before class
