DESCRIPTION:All are welcome! All meditation supplies are provided. If you h
 ave a favorite \ncushion\, please bring it. Beginners will be given basic 
 instruction in \nmeditation. Everyone is encouraged to join for the entire
  meditation period\, \nbut if you can only join for half\, there is a 10-m
 inute walking \nmeditation/bathroom break at the 40 minute mark\, and you 
 can leave or join at \nthat time.\n\nWe meet in-person in the Hogg Hall In

 \nMeditation is led by Keith Wilson. Keith (Kangyo) is a Zen Buddhist monk
  who \ntrains with Kurt Spellmeyer\, Kankan Roshi\, director and teacher o
 f Cold \nMountain Zen based in New Brunswick\, New Jersey. Keith has pract
 iced Zen \nmeditation since 2004\, ordaining in 2010 as an Unsui (Cloud-Wa
 ter) monk in \nthe Rinzai tradition of Zen Buddhism. Keith is authorized b
 y Kankan Roshi to \nlead sitting groups in the Lehigh Valley as part of th
 e Cold Mountain Zen \norganization. Keith resides in Easton\, Pennsylvania
  and supports himself by \nworking as a Chemical Engineer in the Environme
