After starting this project years ago, HR and the Union are about to finalize updated job descriptions for union staff. At this meeting we will hand out the updated job descriptions for body members and get your feedback. We will be following up this meeting with smaller cohort meeting for specific job descriptions and levels to go into a deeper dive on the updates.
At this meeting we will also be announcing a new steward! I'm looking forward to seeing you all.
