Stations of the Cross is a devotional practice that commemorates the suffering and death of Jesus Christ. It consists of 14 “stations,” that depict Jesus’ journey to His crucifixion, from His condemnation to death to His body being placed in the tomb.
This practice helps us to meditate on Christ’s sacrifice and draw closer to His passion and death. It is a way for us to reflect on Jesus’ love and sacrifice for humanity.
