Kennedy's 2023 book, No Meat Required is a bestselling culinary and cultural history of plant-based eating in the United States that delves into the subcultures and politics that have defined alternative food. Join us for a fireside chat with Kennedy and Professor Benjamin Cohen of Environmental Studies as we explore food in our past, present, and future world. Light refreshments will be provided. This event is open to the public.
