Move through feel good flows that link breath to movement. We will begin with mindfulness and breath work leading into a warm up designed to prepare the body for this vinyasa-style practice. Build heat as we flow and move toward a peak posture or mobility exercise. Variations and options to add strength along the way will always be offered. Class will end with Savasana and time to reconnect to yourself. All levels of practice are welcome and props to support you will be available.
