Glow from the inside out. This mat-based pilates class combines classical and contemporary pilates movements. Keeping in mind the six principles of pilates (concentration, control, centering, breath, precision, and flow) we will warm up, incorporate props, and move through exercises that lengthen and strengthen the body. Each week will focus on targeting different muscle groups and a core series will always be included. Cool down and leave feeling balanced in body and mind. Perfect for all levels of pilates practice and experience.
