ThreeBirds Coffee House

ThreeBirds Coffee House is an independent café and artist space in historic Downtown Easton, Pennsylvania. The shop occupies the ground floor of Bull Mansion, which dates to 1862, and includes original flooring, woodwork, chandeliers, and fireplaces. ThreeBirds partners with Passenger Coffee from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, a certified B-Corp dedicated to fair trade and sustainability. The shop is also home to two well-loved parrots, an African Grey named Dorian and a Senegal named Beetle. We have been happily serving the Lehigh Valley since 2019.
