Before the 2020 election, one thing many sadly agreed on was our nation was likely to remain deeply divided, regardless of the outcome. Repairing or bridging the deep political and social divisions within our society will require leadership, consensus building, and trust. The aim of this lecture is to help people find common ground on the issues that often divide Americans.

Prof. Duffy is also the Faculty Director of the Inspired Leadership Initiative (https://ili.nd.edu/).
