Preferred First Name Best Practices

Learn about the College's support for preferred first name and how and when you need to use it in your workflows, applications, or reports. We'll talk about those use cases when you can not use preferred first name, as well what to do if you find a College system that doesn't support the preferredfirst name (or it isn't working for a particular person or group of people, like employees).
