  Human Resources \nand was promoted to HR Director specializing in Employm
 ent in 2006. Over the \npast 24 years\, Lisa has been a constant driving f
 orce and a welcoming \nadvocate for employees and leadership\, alike. Her 
 notable accomplishments \ninclude creating the College’s Welcome and New H
 ire Orientation programs. \nLisa served for many years as a Deputy Title I
 X Coordinator\, as well as a \nmember\, and ex-officio member\, of the Adm
 inistrative Council.\n\nLisa’s departure will undoubtedly leave a void in 
 the HR department. Her \nexperience and leadership have been instrumental 
 in shaping the department. \nHer friendly demeanor and outgoing personalit
 y\, which have been enjoyed by so \nmany\, will be greatly missed.\n\nLisa
  and her husband Jim\, whom she met at Lafayette\, are retiring to \nSavan
 nah\, Georgia.
