First celebrated in 1992, October 10th is World Mental Health day. The day provides an opportunity to spread awareness about the importance of wellbeing and promote mental health education worldwide. To recognize this day, the Counseling Center is hosting a tabling event where students can engage in interactive activities that promote wellbeing, challenge mental health stigma and highlight the many resources available. There will be prizes and giveaways!
