This session will be led by Lafayette alumna Lara Pennington ’89 who is the Assistant Professor of Legal Practice and Director of Appellate Advocacy at Seton Hall Law School. Among other topics, Professor Pennington teaches courses including Intro to Lawyering and Legal Writing and Research. She will talk about preparing for law school, how legal writing differs from undergraduate writing and offer suggestions about Lafayette courses you might consider in preparation for law school. In addition, alumni Hank Scheffler ’22 and Joanna Scotti ’17, both 3Ls at Seton Hall Law, will offer advice and answer your questions about the law school experience.
