In her solo exhibition, Lafayette painting faculty Sun You continues to expand the lexicon of contemporary painting through her use of unconventional materials and her treatment of the painting surface. What the viewer experiences is a playful and colorful abstract work that considers the value of everyday objects, the boundlessness of the art object, and the presence of the maker in visual projects.
