Delta Upsilon Strategic Planning and Organizational Development Retreat

Delta Upsilon chapter retreat is an opportunity for brothers to spend a period of time to accomplish an objective. • Chapter goal setting and Strategic Planning • Brotherhood bonding and team building • Membership planning and goal setting • Member development planning and goal setting • Values|Mission|Purpose Alignment The Chapter will revisit our Vision, Mission, and Chapter Standards as a foundation to create objectives that are part of a strategic plan and tracking document. The Chapter will use SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats), creates SMART Goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-bound), and assigns Roles to each goal (all of this is explained and included in the attached Instructions document and template). It includes the creation of a manageable budget for the entire academic year where dues are set accordingly. Establish Event Planning 2013. Chapter Advisory team will attend the retreat and serve as a facilitators and mentors.
