Session 1: 9:00 - 10:20 am: Basic Communications with AI - Enhanced Session by Mark Albert (DeSales)
Using open AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini to improve basic communications in emails, documents and other means. AI can improve tone, syntax and conciseness to make for more effective communications.
Session 2: 10:30 - 12 pm: Mastering Prompt Engineering: Optimizing AI Responses by James Monek (Lehigh)
By strategically crafting prompts and having iterative conversations, users can guide models such as ChatGPT, to generate more accurate, relevant, and contextually appropriate responses. This interactive session will explore different options to handle tasks such as brainstorming ideas, content generation, improving writing, developing code, and generating images. Additionally, the session will address evaluation methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative metrics, to assess the effectiveness of prompts and model outputs.
