 ave a favorite \ncushion\, please bring it. If you would prefer to sit in 
 a chair\, we have \nplenty! Beginners will be given basic instruction in m
 editation. Everyone is \nencouraged to join for the entire meditation peri
 od\, but if you can only join \nfor half\, there is a 10-minute walking me

 led by Keith Wilson. Keith (Kangyo) is a Zen Buddhist monk who \ntrains wi
 th Kurt Spellmeyer\, Kankan Roshi\, director and teacher of Cold \nMountai
 n Zen based in New Brunswick\, New Jersey. Keith has practiced Zen \nmedit
 ation since 2004\, ordaining in 2010 as an Unsui (Cloud-Water) monk in \nt
 he Rinzai tradition of Zen Buddhism. Keith is authorized by Kankan Roshi t
 o \nlead sitting groups in the Lehigh Valley as part of the Cold Mountain 
 Zen \norganization. Keith resides in Easton\, Pennsylvania and supports hi
 mself by \nworking as a Chemical Engineer in the Environmental and Healthc
