BALANCE PROGRAM - REGISTRATION CLOSED
When we are under increased stress, our thoughts are not always clear and we can become overwhelmed, unorganized, and unfocused. This can lead us to procrastinate and lose track of things we need to be doing.
Stress and Mindfulness sessions will help you develop a plan and process to work through life's stressful situations.
Sessions include how to stress less, clear your mind, create positive self-talk, and build resilience. Activities and resources are included!
Session dates and times:
• Mondays from 12 - 1pm for 6 weeks
• Live Kickoff: September 23 - Lunch Included
• Virtual: Sep. 30 / Oct. 7, 21, 28 (no session Oct. 14) / Nov. 4
