Faith Zone Training (FZT) is a resource aimed at students, faculty, and staff interested in fostering a diverse and inclusive environment that respects various religious and spiritual beliefs and practices.

 
The Office of Religious and Spiritual Life will offer a Faith Zone training session for faculty and staff on Monday, August 12th from 2:00-3:30pm in OCGE (Oechsle Center for Global Education) 101
 
Faith Zone is a training that provides an overview of religious literacy and aims to equip participants with essential knowledge and skills to foster an inclusive and respectful campus environment through enhanced understanding of various religious traditions and practices.
  • A few topics to be covered will include:
  • Introduction to Religious Literacy
  • Understanding Religious Diversity on Lafayette's Campus
  • Practical Strategies for Promoting Religious Inclusion
  • Campus & Community Resources
This workshop is designed for faculty, staff, and administrators who are interested in promoting religious diversity and inclusion as a part of Lafayette's overall commitment to DEI best practices.
