DESCRIPTION:All are welcome! All meditation supplies are provided. If you h
 ave a favorite \ncushion to sit on\, please bring it. Beginners will be gi
 ven basic instruction \nin meditation. Everyone is encouraged to join for 
 the entire meditation \nperiod if your schedule allows. You can also join 
 at 5:30 for the first \nperiod and depart at the 6:10 during walking medit
 ation/bathroom break. Or\, \nyou can arrive at 6:10 and join the walking m
 editation and stay for the \nsecond period.\n\nWe meet in-person in the Ho
 gg Hall Interfaith Chapel.\n\nMeditation is led by Keith Wilson. Keith is 
 a Zen Buddhist monk who trains \nwith Kurt Spellmeyer\, Kankan Roshi\, dir
 ector and teacher of Cold Mountain Zen \nbased in New Brunswick\, New Jers
 ey. Keith has practiced Zen meditation since \n2004\, ordaining in 2010 as
  an Unsui (Cloud-Water) monk in the Rinzai \ntradition of Zen Buddhism. Ke
 ith is authorized by Kankan Roshi to lead \nsitting groups in the Lehigh V
 alley as part of the Cold Mountain Zen \norganization. Keith resides in Ea
 ston\, Pennsylvania and supports himself by \nworking as a Chemical Engine
