The Lafayette College Marquis Consort will perform songs of love, war, and devotion from the early 16th century to the mid-18th century. Works of Josquin des Prez, Juan del Encina, Diego Ortiz, Pierre Attaingnant, Francesca Caccini, and Deterich Buxtehude, et.al. Featuring singers Isabella Crapanzano, Kailey Krauz, and Michala Dennis, flutist & recorder player Brian Morris, violinists Michala Dennis and Gabe Petrecz, cellist Rebecca Filiato, and guitarist Arthur Shirk. Lewis R. Baratz, director, Eric van Hoven, associate director. The performance will be held on Sunday, May 28, 2024, at 3:00 PM on the main stage of the Williams Center for the Arts. Admission is Free.
