On Sunday Kappa Kappa Gamma will be hosting our annual Marina Day Celebration, to honor the life and lasting memory of sister Marina Petersen who tragically passed away in the summer of 2009. Marina was an incredible friend to all, and a light on this campus, always making everyone laugh and bringing people from all corners of campus together. In spirit of this infectious quality of hers we host a carnival themed event on March Field every spring to bring campus together the way she did. All proceeds of the event go towards the Marina C Petersen Study Abroad Fund which supports one Lafayette College student in financial need each year to be able to go on a Study Abroad Interim trip.
