The traveling photovoice exhibition, Violent Infrastructure: Ecologies of Decay and Displacement in Georgia’s Abandoned Soviet Spas, will be on display in the foyer of Kirby Hall of Civil Rights from March 27 to April 3, 2024. The exhibition features photos taken by internally displaced persons (IDPs) from the Republic of Georgia showing the slow violence and emotional effects of protracted displacement under abject housing conditions.
