Using Preferred First Name & Legal First Name in Reports

The Enterprise Reporting Community of Practice returns this month with an online session dedicated to the use of preferred first name and legal first name in reports.

Preferred first name has been supported at the college in a variety of systems for the last five years and we've recently seen a renewed interest in this capability. We'll be talking about how we use preferred first name in integrations and Cognos reports, and best practices about when (and if) to use legal first name.
