 anced discussions about the pros and cons of different health \ncare syste
 ms.  By contrast\, most Americans do not know how people get green \ncards
 \, how they become citizens\, who gets asylum\, and what exactly is \nhapp
 ening at the border.  This talk fills in those gaps by highlighting key \n
 aspects of our nation's immigration history.  When we have the same facts\
 , \nwe can work on real and lasting solutions.  The talk will look at curr
 ent \nproblems in our country's immigration system and propose actual poli
 cies that \nwill make our system work better.
