Spend six weeks of your summer studying abroad in Europe with a cohort of your fellow Lafayette students! Prof. Mikael Olsson Berggren (Languages and Literary Studies) will lead this two-credit abroad program through Lafayette. The Green Europe program takes you over ten cities in Germany, Switzerland, France, and the Czech Republic to explore environmentalism, mobility, green energy, and social change in Europe. Stay with a host family, immerse yourself in the German language at the appropriate level (no prior experience required), take Cultures of Sustainability as a second course (GM2, V pending approval), and visit cities such as Berlin, Strasbourg, Basel, and Prague.
