Lafayette's own Mary Armstrong and Susan Averett will discuss the interdisciplinary partnership that produced their new book, Disparate Measures: The Intersectional Economics of Women in STEM Work (MIT Press 2024). They will address how they conceptualized, built, and sustained their collaboration, as well as the surprises, challenges, and rewards they experienced throughout their shared intellectual journey.
