This workshop will provide an overview of a national project, funded by the National Science Foundation, called TEval (Transforming Higher Education through Multidimensional Evaluation of Teaching). The project has focused on developing educational practices, models, and tools for more effective teaching evaluation that draws on multiple sources of data and fosters departmental and institutional conversation designed to improve teaching. The workshop will highlight lessons learned and provide an opportunity to discuss the possible usefulness of these ideas and lessons for the Lafayette College context.
