DESCRIPTION:Please join us for meditation during Finals Week. All are welco
 me! All \nmeditation supplies are provided. Beginners will be given basic 
 instruction \nin meditation. Everyone is encouraged to join for the entire
  meditation \nperiod\, but if you can only join for half\, there is a 10-m
 inute walking \nmeditation/bathroom break at the 40 minute mark\, and you 
 can leave or join at \nthat time.\n\nWe meet in-person in the Hogg Hall In
 terfaith Chapel\n\nMeditation is led by Keith Wilson. Keith (Kangyo) is a 
 Zen Buddhist monk who \ntrains with Kurt Spellmeyer\, Kankan Roshi\, direc
 tor and teacher of Cold \nMountain Zen based in New Brunswick\, New Jersey
 . Keith has practiced Zen \nmeditation since 2004\, ordaining in 2010 as a
 n Unsui (Cloud-Water) monk in \nthe Rinzai tradition of Zen Buddhism. Keit
 h is authorized by Kankan Roshi to \nlead sitting groups in the Lehigh Val
 ley as part of the Cold Mountain Zen \norganization. Keith resides in East
 on\, Pennsylvania and supports himself by \nworking as a Chemical Engineer
